Cindy Wong

 

Cindy is a seasoned HR professional with more than 20 years experience in renowned multinational and large corporations in APAC, including JPMorgan, Honeywell, Hang Seng Bank, Alcatel STC Australia, etc. She has led and managed many major corporate initiatives, such as leadership development & management training, performance management, talent management, strategic business planning, customer service and total quality management.

Beside her rich and extensive corporate experience, Cindy is a very accomplished senior consultant with a warm and interactive style. She has designed and conducted result-focused programs for senior executives and professionals from many top companies.  For instance, Cindy was the lead trainer for a Performance Management program covering 700 executives in Hong Kong and China for one of the Big-Four accounting firm; delivered Leadership Development programs (~370 man-days) for one of the largest banking and financial services organisation; conducted Professional Development Using MBTI programs for a famous Japanese multinational conglomerate corporation targeted for all senior managers, managers and staff; conducted SMART Goal Setting programs for all managers and staff for a high-end clothing company in their Hong Kong and Shanghai offices, etc..

Cindy is proactive, innovative and customer-focused, with strong business sense and leadership skills.  Her experience in leading diverse teams, together with exposure to various industries and cultures, gives her great credibility when working with managers and executives at all corporate levels and across business sectors.

Cindy graduated from the University of New South Wales Australia with a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (Hons).

She is accredited for MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®), FIRO-B® (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation – Behavior™), LEA 360™ (Leadership Effectiveness Analysis), and SPA™ (Sales Performance Assessment™).

Cindy is fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
