Excecutive Development Programmes

These are modules that are developed for audience who have attended the genetics and asking, "What next?" The basics would be re-viewed, re-examined and explored from different perspectives. Theory plus experience after practise are brought forth to be discussed side-by-side. 

Attendees come in with curiosity to wonder what more there is to learn on a generic topic and leave to bring home more than what they originally thought.

Experiential Learning Products 

For in-house or off-site events, always with a LEARNING element. Based on client's learning objectives, we designed "Games". These games are events that necessitate participants to work with limited resources, seen and unseen constraints, to plan, execute, compete, against themselves or against others. 

All games are closely monitored and debriefing takes place immediately afterwards, with an in-depthness and thoroughness that usually brings "ah-ha" moments to everyone.

Reports are instantly available - to the individual, as a group to HR/clients, and for some organisations, as trend-tracking over several years for a particular pool of staff.

A series of scenarios, played out by professionals, as close to reality as you can get -> a day in the life of a CEO.

Designed for those who have seen it all, done it all, and are ready to be in the succession pipeline. UEAT is the ultimate diagnostic experience of how ready you are for the top job.

In-depth feedback is given at the end of the day/days to the participants by experienced coaches. 

It is more than assessment centres/development centres. You are dealing with real-life situations - face-to-face, on the phone, emails, social media etc.

Decisions have to be made on-the-spot and the consequence of one decision may affect other scenarios down the line.

Clients have the option to pick some scenarios and incorporate into their own executive development menu.
