Introduction

Wing and Wheel (Asia) Limited specialises in management consultancy, talent development and management soft-skills accelerated learning. All projects are customised to the client’s specific needs.

Founder and director, Ms Linda Hon, has over 30 years of experience in the field of Learning and Development. Besides her training profession, Ms Hon has in-depth understanding of various corporate cultures and business practises as well as organisational behaviours in different business phases : start-up, joint-ventures, acquisition, merger, migration, re-engineering, crisis, turnaround….

Her work on Change Management and Mindset Changes, via platform delivery, executive coaching or specialised projects, has always been well-received in large corporations in Asia and overseas.

Wing and Wheel (Asia) Limited will be deregistered from Companies Registry in Hong Kong. on December 31, 2023. We thank all our clients for their continued support over the years. The company will move into a new chapter; specifics will be posted on this website.


In the meantime, Linda Hon will still be running her consultancy and ACE cards business from United Kingdom.

Products - all our programmes have been designed, delivered and proven successful over the years. We keep updating contents to reflect the changing business environment and different expectations of employees and customers. All past successes will be used as solid backdrop for future upcoming programme designs.
