Your ability to tap into the inspirational aspects of leadership is unparalleled, your speech reminded us all that management can be prescriptive but true leadership is not just about meeting deadlines or targets, there is an alchemy a work, something almost magical about great leaders. The image of the Eagle regenerating itself was moving and timely, you created an emotional connection to the audience that I have rarely seen.

I know that you put your leadership ideas into practice in your personal and professional life; you have an intensely loyal network of friends and colleagues. This does not come about by accident but is driven by your intelligence, kindness and high ethical standards, it also helps that you have a great sense of humor!
