Robert Bull

Robert is a highly skilled and energetic Senior Business Executive with extensive experience gained at senior level during a succession of key roles in Asia, previously within a UK governmental orgainsation.

Having decided to pursue his interests in a different direction in which he had long been interested, he moved into the personal development field in 2007, where he has had continued success as a trainer, facilitator, coach and mentor.  Working both in one-to–one as well as group programmes and seminars, his clients include both global institutions and locally based charitable organisations.

During his 19 years commissioned service in the British Army, during which time he gained post graduate qualifications, he completed numerous demanding executive, managment, operational and training appointments in different countries. 

His move to the private sector saw him join a UK plc where he was the best performing new sales consultant.  Following relocation to Hong Kong in 1993, he rose through the organisation to become Managing Director (Asia) for this international wealth management company, responsible for a staff of 155 in three countries as well as provision of global back office support to the international operation.  He introduced a new business model, which reduced costs by 10%, and improved risk management and response time to both clients and internal staff by 30%.  He was also closely involved in improving a number of staff development programmes.  Then as General Manager for an online editing, translation and English language training company, Robert was closely involved in both business expansion and the delivery of a variety of training courses.

His key interests are enabling personal development and delivering high quality client service whilst increasing company efficiency and profitability.
